How to Delete All Links in a Workspace
This guide explains how to permanently delete all links in your workspace.
Important Warning
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your short links will stop working immediately and cannot be recovered.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete all links:
- All short links in the workspace are permanently deleted
- Short URLs will no longer redirect to their destinations
- Historical traffic data and analytics are NOT deleted (preserved for your records)
- Domains, workspace users, and workspace settings are NOT affected
When to Use This
Use this feature when you want to:
- Start fresh with a clean workspace
- Remove all links but keep your workspace, domains, and team intact
- Clear out test or outdated links in bulk
Note: If you only need to delete specific links, use the individual delete option on the Links page instead. You can also disable a link temporarily without deleting it.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Workspace Settings
Click on your workspace name in the top-left corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Workspace Settings". Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.
Navigate to Workspace SettingsStart the Deletion Process
Click the "Delete All Links" button. You'll be taken to a confirmation page.
Review the Confirmation Page
The confirmation page shows:
- A warning that this action cannot be undone
- The exact number of links that will be deleted
- What will happen when you proceed
Confirm Deletion
Click the red "Delete All [X] Links" button. A browser confirmation dialog will appear asking: "This will permanently delete all [X] links in this workspace. Are you absolutely sure?" Click "OK" to proceed or "Cancel" to abort.
Confirm DeletionCompletion
All links are immediately deleted. You'll be redirected back to your workspace. A success message will confirm the deletion.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel this operation?
Yes. At any point before clicking "OK" in the final confirmation dialog, you can:
- Click "Cancel" on the confirmation page to return to Settings
- Click "Cancel" in the browser dialog to abort the deletion
What happens to my workspace after deletion?
Your workspace remains active. Your domains and custom settings are preserved. Your team members retain their access. You can immediately start creating new links. Historical analytics data remains available.
Can deleted links be recovered?
No, this action cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your short links will stop working immediately and cannot be recovered. If you accidentally deleted your links, please contact support immediately. While links cannot be recovered, we may be able to help with other solutions.
Will my traffic data be deleted?
No. Historical traffic data and analytics are NOT deleted and are preserved for your records.
