What counts as a link?
Every short, branded link you create, shorten, or brand in a calendar month counts toward your plan's links/month. Redirects on existing links are always unlimited.
What is the difference between links/month and tracked clicks/month?
Links/month is how many new links you can create or brand each month. Tracked clicks/month is the analytics quota — how many click events we record with full device/geo/referrer data. Your links always keep redirecting, even past the click quota.
What happens if I exceed my click quota?
Your existing links never stop redirecting on a paid plan. Pro and Business auto-purchase a click pack for the rest of the billing cycle so your campaigns keep tracking. Starter auto-upgrades to Pro. Free-plan links pause analytics until the next monthly reset, but they keep redirecting.
What happens if I hit my links/month limit?
New link creation is blocked until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade or buy a link pack add-on on Pro/Business to keep creating immediately. Existing links always keep working.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from billing settings. Prorated on upgrade, credited on downgrade.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for the year upfront and save roughly 20% vs monthly. You can switch back to monthly at renewal.
Do you offer SSO, audit logs, or a custom SLA?
Yes — those are part of Enterprise. Custom MSAs/DPAs, invoice billing, BigQuery sync, and a dedicated CSM are also included. Talk to sales to set it up.
What about existing customers on legacy plans?
If you're already a paying customer, nothing changes — your current plan and features are grandfathered.
