What counts as a link?
Every short, branded link you create, shorten, or brand counts toward your plan's links allowance. On monthly plans this resets each billing period; on annual plans your full allowance is available to use across the whole year.
What is the difference between links and tracked clicks?
Links is how many new links you can create or brand. Tracked clicks is how many click events we record with full device/geo/referrer data. On annual plans, both allowances can be used flexibly across the whole year.
What happens if I exceed my click quota?
On a paid plan, your links keep redirecting — you'll automatically purchase a click add-on to cover the overage. On the free plan, links pause until the next billing period reset.
What happens if I hit my links limit?
On a paid plan, your existing links keep working and you'll automatically purchase a link add-on so you can keep creating. On the free plan, new link creation is blocked until the next billing period reset.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from billing settings. Prorated on upgrade, credited on downgrade.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay for the year upfront and save roughly 20% vs monthly. You can switch back to monthly at renewal.
Do you offer SSO, audit logs, or a custom SLA?
Yes — those are part of Enterprise. Custom MSAs/DPAs, invoice billing, BigQuery sync, and a dedicated CSM are also included. Talk to sales to set it up.
What about existing customers on legacy plans?
If you're already a paying customer, nothing changes — your current plan and features are grandfathered.
