Linkly & Microsoft Excel live feeds
Linkly now supports live data flowing into Microsoft Excel.
How to Get Live Feeds of Your Click Data into Microsoft Excel

Open your Excel workbook.

Go to the Data tab and click From Web.

Copy the data URL from Linkly.
Right-click on the Data as CSV tab in the Linkly dashboard and select Copy link address.

Paste the URL into the dialog and click OK.

Click Load to import the data.

Open the Queries & Connections pane.
If the pane isn't visible, go to Data → Queries & Connections.

Right-click on the query and select Properties.

Enable automatic refresh.
Tick Refresh every and enter 999 in the minutes field, then click OK. More frequent refreshes may get rate limited on Linkly.
Excel Live Feeds FAQs
How often does the data refresh?
Excel will refresh the data based on the interval you set in the query properties. We recommend 999 minutes (approximately 16 hours) to avoid rate limiting.
Can I use this with Excel Online?
This feature works best with the desktop version of Microsoft Excel. Excel Online has limited support for external data connections.
Why am I seeing an error when loading the data?
Make sure you copied the full URL from Linkly's Data as CSV tab. The URL should start with https:// and include your API key.
