Linkly makes it easy to work with your team on link management and tracking. Invite colleagues to your workspace so everyone can create links, view analytics, and manage campaigns together.

What can team members do?

All users in your workspace have full access to:

  • Create, edit, and delete short links
  • View click tracking reports and analytics
  • Add and remove other users
  • Add and manage custom domains
  • Manage billing and subscription settings

How to invite team members

Click Users in the left sidebar

You'll see a list of all current users in your workspace.

Click Invite User

Enter their email address and click Send Invite

They'll receive an invitation email with a link to join your workspace. They can sign in using a magic link or Google login.

Managing multiple workspaces

If you work with different teams or clients, you can create separate workspaces for each. Each workspace has its own:

  • Links and analytics
  • Custom domains
  • Team members
  • Billing settings

Frequently asked questions

How many team members can I invite?

There's no hard limit. Each plan includes a number of seats, and you can add more with the Team Seat add-on as your team grows.

Does adding team members cost extra?

Each plan includes seats by default. If you outgrow your plan's included seats, you can stack the Team Seat add-on for an additional per-seat cost — see pricing for current rates.

Can I restrict what team members can see or do?

Currently, all team members have the same access level. Everyone can create, edit, and delete links, view all analytics, and manage workspace settings.

Can I remove a team member?

Yes. Go to Users in the sidebar, find the user you want to remove, and click the remove button. They will immediately lose access to the workspace.

Links remain in the workspace even after the user who created them is removed. All analytics data is preserved.

Can team members see each other's activity?

All links and analytics are shared across the workspace. There's no way to hide specific links from other team members within the same workspace. If you need separate visibility, consider creating separate workspaces.
