QR Code Analytics
Normal QR codes by themselves do not have any tracking built in to them. There's no way to track them on their own.
In order to track scans on QR codes, you'll need additional software, either something like Linkly, Google Analytics 4 or both. Linkly can send tracking data directly to Google Analytics.
Typically, the best way to do it is to use a specialized platform like Linkly.
Linkly allows you to create as many QR codes as you need, and the free plan allows for up to a 1000 scans per month.

Customise your QR Code Domain
QR codes created on Linkly use our domain, so users will see `qr-linkly.link` or similar when scanning.
We always recommend users attach their own domain to Linkly, as this makes QR codes have your branding, reduces scanning issues, and allows you to move your QR codes to another service if you would like to leave Linkly.
