Yes. Linkly's deep links ('Open in app') work on smart links too: if the visitor has the destination's app installed, the link opens the app directly, with an automatic fallback to the app store or website if not. Routing rules and Open in app can be combined on the same link.
Yes. With expiring links you can switch a link to a new destination on a set date or after a number of clicks, then fall back to a page you choose or a 404. To combine time-based switching with country or device routing, chain an expiring link to a smart link.
No. Rules evaluate at the edge — the added latency is imperceptible and typically sub-5ms. Linkly's redirect infrastructure handles billions of redirects; routing logic is a lightweight rule check, not a round-trip to a server.
