- Can I migrate from Bitly or Rebrandly without breaking existing links?
- Yes. Import any CSV export — including from Bitly, Rebrandly, Short.io, or TinyURL — and Linkly maps the columns for you. A custom-slug column lets you keep your existing short URLs, so your already-published links keep working after you switch. Bulk import is available on Pro and above.
- Can I have multiple workspaces?
- Yes. Workspaces let you separate clients, brands, or regions. Each workspace has its own members, links, analytics, and (optionally) billing.
- How does team access work?
- Everyone you invite into a workspace shares access to that workspace's links and analytics. Every plan — including Free — includes unlimited team members at no extra cost.
- Can I bulk-import links from another shortener?
- Yes. Import any CSV or spreadsheet export — including from Bitly, Rebrandly, Short.io, or TinyURL — and map the columns to Linkly's fields. A custom-slug column preserves your existing short URLs. Bulk import is available on Pro and above.
- Is there an activity log?
- Links record who created them, and deleted links go to a restorable trash. A full field-level change log isn't available today — for compliance needs, keep sensitive campaigns in their own workspace and export click data via the API.
